Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account or using the OxeChain platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and OxeChain ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the OxeChain platform, including the web application at oxechain.com and all associated mobile applications.
By registering for an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
OxeChain is a digital earn-and-spend platform that allows users to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time with reasonable notice to users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at support@oxechain.com.
You may only hold one OxeChain account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit referral rewards or platform bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
Free Membership is available at no cost and grants access to basic earning features.
Gold Membership is available for $49 per 6-month period. It grants access to partner discount locations. Payment is non-refundable once the membership period begins.
Diamond Membership is a one-time lifetime payment of $250. It grants all Gold benefits plus an instant $250 USDT balance credit, higher referral limits, video upload earnings, and full partner access. The one-time fee is non-refundable.
Membership prices and benefits may be updated from time to time. Existing members will be notified of any changes to their active tier at least 30 days in advance.
Baby OXE tokens are earned through legitimate platform activity. The following are strictly prohibited:
Balances generated through prohibited activity are void and will be removed without compensation. Accounts found in violation may be permanently suspended.
All earning limits (e.g., 6,500 Baby OXE per day) are enforced server-side and are final. The client display is for reference only.
USDT withdrawals are subject to minimum balance thresholds and withdrawal limits that vary by membership tier. Withdrawal limits may increase through referral activity as described in the platform.
Withdrawals are processed to external cryptocurrency wallet addresses provided by the user. OxeChain is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.
We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, violation of these Terms, or to comply with legal obligations.
The referral program allows eligible members to earn rewards when referred users join and complete qualifying actions. Referral rewards are credited at OxeChain's sole discretion and are subject to verification.
Referral abuse — including but not limited to self-referral, incentivizing fake sign-ups, or coordinated referral farming — will result in forfeiture of all referral rewards and account suspension.
Partner discounts are offered by independent third-party businesses. OxeChain does not guarantee the availability, quality, or accuracy of partner offers. Disputes regarding partner services should be resolved directly with the relevant business.
Partner availability may change at any time. OxeChain is not liable for the removal of any partner from the network.
All platform content, including but not limited to the OxeChain logo, mascot characters, UI design, and written content, is the intellectual property of OxeChain and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from OxeChain content without explicit written permission.
The OxeChain platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Baby OXE tokens and USDT balances on the platform represent in-platform value only. OxeChain makes no guarantees regarding the future market value, liquidity, or convertibility of any tokens.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OxeChain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of earnings, data loss, or unauthorized account access.
OxeChain's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to OxeChain in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@oxechain.com. Outstanding USDT balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold may be withdrawn before closure.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for other reasons at our discretion. Membership fees are non-refundable upon termination for cause.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in OxeChain's country of incorporation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
